Throughout my career, I saw first hand that exceptional experiences rarely happen by chance. The venue matters. The destination matters. But what truly makes an experience memorable is everything happening behind the scenes: the planning, the people, the timing, the details and the ability to anticipate what comes next.
ETARA was created to bring that level of care, structure and attention to every experience we create.
WHY ETARA ?
ETARA could have been an event planning agency. But we wanted to create something more.
Over the years, we've seen how many people are involved in bringing an exceptional experience together. An event planner handles the event. A travel company handles the journey. A ticketing provider handles the access. An entertainment agency books the artist. And suddenly, the client is managing it all.
We wanted to change that. ETARA was created around the idea that one trusted partner should be able to bring the experience together from beginning to end.
From the venue and guest experience to travel, accommodation, entertainment and access, our role is to connect the moving parts and make the entire journey feel seamless.

Music and entertainment have always been an important part of our vision. With a genuine passion for the music industry, ETARA naturally grew into DJ and talent bookings, concerts, festivals, sporting events and premium hospitality.
We love the energy that entertainment brings to an experience, and the connections it creates. Whether it's finding the right DJ for a private celebration, securing access to an unforgettable concert or creating entertainment for a corporate event, we bring the same attention to detail to every brief.
Today, events remain at the heart of ETARA, but our approach goes beyond the event itself. We bring together events, travel, entertainment and access to create experiences that feel entirely considered.
